  • $125 per appointment - 50 minutes

  • $145 per appointment - 80 minutes= 1 hr 20 min

  • $240 per appointment -  120 minutes= 2 hrs

  • $265 per appointment - 150minutes = 2 hrs 20min

  • $325 per appointment - 180 minutes = 3 hrs

• _______ Educational Evaluation Services  ($125 per appointment - 50 minutes, non-treatment)

• _______ Psychological & Behavioral Assessment Services ($125 per hour)

• _______ Intervention, Educational & Placement Services ($150 per hour, non-treatment)

• _______ Intervention, Educational, Placement & Consultation Support Services Payable ($2800 flat fee per case, non-treatment)

(1) There is an additional 3% fee for using a credit card. There is a $5 minimum charge.

(1) We will give you the information necessary to submit your bill to your insurance for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance for you. It can cost between $1500 and $2,000 a month for Dr. Conner to bill patients and track insurance payments. We do not bill insurance for you because many insurance companies pay our patients but avoid paying their bills to professionals in a complete and timely manner. In some cases professionals are not paid until months after completing treatment with patients.
