______  Psychological Services: Unless contracted with an insurance company, we bill at a rate of $160 per hour

______  Consultation Services: $180 per hour, $90 per additional 30 minutes)

______  Educational Evaluation Services  ($180 per hour, $90 per additional 30 minutes)

______  Psychological, Behavioral & Neuropsychological Assessment ($180 per hour)
